We endeavour to make our products available to you in the fastest and most efficient way. We offer Next Working Day delivery service on most of our products (depending on product availability and weight). To do so, you need to place an order before 1pm on the previous day. Standard deliveries usually take 2-5 working days. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days. If you place an order on Friday, it should arrive in 3-5 working days. We do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery.

Standard Delivery
Delivery can take place any time from 8am-6pm. We do not offer timed deliveries upon request.
If you or a trusted person won’t be there to collect and check the products, a re-delivery will be arranged and you will get charged. Please inspect carefully your items for any damage upon delivery.
Please note that our couriers are liable for delivering an order to your doorstep, no further in the premises and are not expected to carry or help you carry the products inside you premise or upstairs.
We do our best to get your products delivered for the day agreed upon purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that our carriers will deliver on time. A lot of unexpected factors may cause a delay such as transportation services delays, location or even bad weather conditions. We accept no liability for undelivered items.

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with every purchase and thus we give you the opportunity to return or exchange any faulty or damaged item or any product if you have changed your mind.
Faulty Goods
Faulty good because of a manufacturing fault. If you have received a defective product you should contact us within 72 hours and ask for the goods to be returned to the warehouse for a full refund or replacement. You can either send the items back on your own accord and then pass the costs to Aureum Heating.
Any returned product must be unused in a new condition and in its original packaging including all the additional items you might have received. Make sure that you have packed the product well and you have included in the box all the necessary documents such as manuals. We are not liable for any damages upon transit.
After receiving the returned products we need to test them and confirm any fault before proceeding to replacement or full refund. This will involve crediting the same card that the goods were first purchased on. Please note during very busy production periods this can take up to 6 weeks for paperwork to be signed off. If the products proved to be in good working order and there is no fault, we can either send them back to you at your own cost.
Unwanted Items
If you have changed your mind,, you have the right to return the item back to us anytime up to 14 days. Please note that you will have to pay for the delivery cost incurred in returning the goods. Make sure that you use a registered post or courier service which provides insurance to cover and protect the goods from any damage or loss and require a signature upon receipt. All returned products should be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging. Warranties should not have been registered.
Items Damaged Upon Receipt
If you receive an item and the packaging looks damaged or the product itself is damaged you should sign for the parcel as ‘DAMAGED’. If for some reasons you are not able to check the parcel thoroughly you should sign the paper as ‘UNCHECKED’. Moreover, if you notice a damage after signing you can still inform us within 8 hours of receipt. After that period of time, we won’t be liable for any damage or fault.
